I'm a lecturer at the University of Michigan where I teach undergraduates about race and racism, human rights, global poverty, and nonviolence.

I don't know much about John Woolman College yet, but I thought I'd join and find out. I'm interested in how others teach peace studies courses and how I can contribute more broadly to peace work. Though I answered yes to most of the questions below on active peace, I don't really know enough about how JWC envisions these processes to fully endorse them or the college. As a Quaker, I am of course familiar with and admire Woolman's practices and character.
